When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, the service you select, and the content of your message. We do not require, and ask you not to include, confidential case details before we have confirmed representation.
Netlify and Cloudflare may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, and requests, to deliver and protect this website. Security features may use cookies where needed.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page-loading performance. Cloudflare describes this service as using no cookies or local storage for measurement and not tracking individuals across websites. See Cloudflare’s explanation. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our Cookie Settings page explains these services and lets you clear a preference record saved by an earlier version of the website; clearing it does not disable Cloudflare measurement.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to review and respond to your request and, if you engage us, to provide the services you request. Technical information supports website delivery and security; visit and performance measurements help us identify loading problems and improve the website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use inquiry details for marketing without your consent.
Legal basis and retention
We process inquiry data on the basis of your consent and the steps needed prior to entering an engagement. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained only as long as needed to handle the correspondence and for our records, after which they are deleted. Matters we handle are retained in accordance with professional and legal obligations.

Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider, Netlify, for our team in China. Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, and visit and performance measurement services. If your matter requires foreign filings, relevant details are shared with the foreign associates who act on your instructions. We share information with authorities only where legally required.
Because we operate from China and serve clients worldwide, your information may be transferred across borders as needed to handle your inquiry or matter.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the EU/UK GDPR where it applies and China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw consent to further processing.
